About the project

A customized end-to-end CRM

To address iBuild’s lack of a structured tracking system, we developed a customized end-to-end CRM designed specifically for the high-volume demands of real estate and construction. By replacing scattered notes and inconsistent follow-ups with a centralized lead management dashboard, the system provides real-time visibility into the sales pipeline—from initial contact to final booking. This solution empowers the team with automated stage tracking, detailed communication histories, and multi-user role management, ensuring no lead is ever forgotten and significantly increasing the speed of conversion.

A Bespoke Engine for Lead Success

We engineered a custom CRM software suite tailored to the specific demands of real estate lead management. The solution features a centralized Leads Dashboard for rapid data entry and a dynamic Lead Stages Tracking system that categorizes prospects from "Initial Call" to "Closed." By integrating a comprehensive Call Notes System and individual Lead Profiles, we ensured that every interaction—from phone calls to project preferences—is recorded in a chronological timeline, accessible to all authorized team members.

A Visual Foundation for The iBuild Identity

To complement the robust functionality of the iBuild CRM, we developed a visual identity that reflects the precision and reliability of the construction industry. The iBuild logo utilizes a clean, geometric typeface paired with a stylized roofline icon, symbolizing the core of the business. For typography, the Inter font family was chosen for its exceptional clarity in data-heavy environments, providing a range of weights from Regular to Bold that help establish a clear visual hierarchy throughout the application.

Finance Dashboard

The Finance Option module provides a specialized interface for tracking and managing the financial lifecycle of a lead. It allows team members to log payment types, such as Installments or One-Time Payments, while recording specific details like paid amounts, left amounts, and serial numbers to ensure transparent transaction history.
